This website is operated by Catapultz Group Sdn Bhd (1160103-T), trading as SEO Penang, at 390-G, Jalan Panchor, Taman Continental, 11600 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. This notice explains how personal data is handled, consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What is collected
- Information you submit. Name, email address, company name, website address, phone number and any message content you enter into a form on this site.
- Scan inputs. The website address you enter into the free scanner, and the resulting score. The scanner fetches only publicly accessible pages.
- Usage data. Standard analytics collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, including pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring source.
Why it is collected
- To respond to your enquiry and, where requested, to arrange a consultation.
- To send the scan report and marketing emails where you have opted in.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Who it is shared with
Personal data is not sold. It is processed by service providers used to run this site, which currently include Vercel for hosting, Google for analytics and tag management, and MailerLite for email delivery. Each processes data on instruction and under its own security obligations.
How long it is kept
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Marketing subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. Scan inputs are not stored against your identity unless you submit them with an email address.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data held about you, ask for corrections, withdraw consent, or ask for deletion. Email robin@robin-ooi.com or write to the address above. Every marketing email carries a one click unsubscribe link.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect access to any part of the site.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
